A poll conducted by bicycle website, www.50cycles.com, has named Range Rover drivers as the worst in Britain, a spot usually reserved for the “white van man”.
However, Range Rover drivers weren’t the only 4×4 drivers to get stick from their 2 wheel riding peers. The poll placed 4×4 drivers (in general) at fifth place, due to ‘reckless’ driving and anger behind the wheel.
Of course, there is no real evidence to back up the poll’s sweeping generalisations, but it would appear that 4×4 drivers have yet another set of enemies to add to their lists!
If you own a 4×4, ‘reckless’ driver or not, it is important that you have the appropriate level of 4×4 insurance to protect your vehicle and yourself.
