According to research by motor repair company Kwik-Fit, a clean well-kept car could be the secret to attracting the opposite sex.
The results show that 750, 000 women have dated a man because they were impressed with his car and 250,000 have turned down a date because they were so unimpressed with a man’s car.
Perhaps even more worrying are the statistics that show 330,000 people have stayed in a relationship only because they liked driving their partner’s car.
David White, customer services director at Kwik-Fit, has stated that keeping your car in good shape ‘will not only keep you and your loved ones safe on the road, but may also cost less than a new outfit or gym membership and still help you attract the opposite sex too!’
Of course, whilst a car may help to attract the opposite sex, the real key to a healthy love life is having the appropriate motor insurance that offers the right level of cover for you.
