A London cabbie received the tip of a lifetime around 18 months ago — it’s a gift that also appears to keep giving.
The taxi driver received a doodle by artist, Damian Hurst after a short journey through the big smoke.
Hurst’s sketch was originally valued at £1,500 by Dreweatts and Bloomsbury Auctions, but is now expected to be worth around £5000. This cabbie won’t have to worry about the cost of his taxi insurance for a little while!
Hirst is a controversial artist known for featuring dead animal contained in formaldehyde.
