Bendy Buses The Best?

by Tim on October 29, 2008

London TravelWatch, the official watchdog representing public transport users within the London area, have argued against mayor Boris Johnson’s attack on articulated buses (often called bendy buses).

Bus & Coach InsuranceJohnson has claimed that the bendy buses will be phased out over the next 4 to 6 years. However, London Travelwatch has pointed out that the oft-criticised articulated buses are capable of holding twice as many people as standard double decker buses and thus can save Transport for London a considerable amount of money on petrol, whilst reducing passenger waiting times.

If you drive a bus or a coach, it is essential that you have the appropriate Bus or Coach Insurance to protect your vehicle and yourself.
