The important thing to note here is that we’re taking your products, not ours, not an affililate’s or underwriting agency’s - your rates as provided to you by your carriers. Every Quotiva broker’s system is built using their own schedules with their own customisation.

This is the bit that most people have difficulty with and why traditionally this has cost tens of thousands of pounds (it doesn’t with Quotiva before we lose you - we’re really good at it so it only costs a few hundred pounds to do it this way). Part Two: Use your new quote engine to give your customers what they want - quotes !

Without giving anything away to competitors, we integrate your quote engines with your site. Again, before we lose you, this doesn’t mean that you need to contact your web developers to get a new site built or go through any of that whole “web pain” - it’s very simple and we handle it all.

Part Three: Direct your advertising, promotion, renewal invitations, whatever, to your quote page

This is the important part - before you could quote online your prospects’ only option was to wait until daytime to phone you up and get a quote. Everything is neatly organised, classified, ranked, searched, quoted and databased by the Quotiva Broker CRM included with every installation. Login from any internet connected computer and start selling. Leads are on your desktop the second that the prospect clicks the “Get A Quote” button - since Quotiva has done all the work calculating their rates across all your insurers and presented that information alongside your lead, all you need to do is confirm details, requote if necessary and write the business up!
